You are entitled to all your rights as prescribed under all relevant Irish and European law.
When you make a purchase, you will be asked to select a predetermined date on which you would like your voucher to be posted. Your voucher will be posted by standard post with An Post on the date you select.
Once your voucher has been received, all matters of redemption are between the voucher recipient and the participating business. Strokestown Town Team CLG cannot accept responsibility for any issues which may arise between a voucher recipient and participating businesses. Your voucher will only be redeemable with the participating business for which you purchase it.
Strokestown Town Team CLG accepts no responsibility for delays caused in delivery by third parties, including but not limited to An Post.
Strokestown Town Team CLG can only issue refunds for vouchers in accordance with applicable laws governing the sale and purchase of goods online. Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the purchase through our payment processors, Stripe.
In the event that a refund is issued, Strokestown Town Team CLG will contact the relative participating business to cancel the voucher.
Refunds cannot be issued once vouchers are shipped, except in the event that the voucher is not received; in which case a refund will only issue if the voucher has not already been redeemed with the relative participating business.
Strokestown Town Toeam CLG will collect any details you supply in order to fulfil orders, but we do not collect or store card details; these are handled exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe.
Strokestown Town Team CLG will keep a secure record of the details you supply in order to ensure your voucher can be issued and honoured. Once your voucher is honoured, your data will be deleted from our system, shortly thereafter, in accordance with all relevant privacy laws.
The details you supply will be shared with the relative participating business in order to ensure your voucher can be issued and honoured. Strokestown Town Team CLG have requested participating businesses to destroy the details you supply with-in a reasonable amount of time, from the time of redemption of the voucher, in accordance with relevant data privacy laws.
